Staple Fiber Polyester Mat is a polyester nonwoven material, produced with polyester staple fiber. The staple fiber is treated with shagging, carding, lapping, hot air setting, needle-punching, coating, drying, cutting & packaging processes, and comes out with staple fiber polyester mat.

Staple Fiber Polyester Mat is commonly used as the carrier material for modified bitumen waterproofing membrane or self-adhesive waterproofing membrane. Compared with Spunbond Long Fiber Polyester Mat, Staple Fiber Polyester is more economic.
