1. 10mm high-density cement fiberboard is light in weight, has a density of 60~100kg/m3, a thermal conductivity of 0.03w/(m.k)~0.0465w/(m.k), a fire protection limit of >2.5h, and is a non-combustible inorganic material. Therefore, rock wool products have the advantages of lightweight, heat insulation, sound absorption, fire prevention, non-toxic, cheap, good insulation, and chemical stability.

2. Steel mesh fiberglass panels can be combined with a variety of walls, such as solid brick walls, porous brick walls, concrete hollow block walls, and cast-in-situ reinforced concrete walls.

3. The number of anchor nails fixed to the rock wool board should not be less than 6 per square meter, with a spacing of 500mm and a plum blossom shape.

4. Polystyrene particle mortar leveling layer: it must be completely covered with steel mesh, with an average thickness of 2.5cm, and the flatness meets the requirements of exterior wall plastering specifications.

5. Alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh layer: The mesh must be pasted and plastered according to the specifications.

6. The anti-crack mortar surface layer must meet the anti-crack requirements of the surface layer and the flatness requirements of the outer surface.

7. On each fourth layer of the exterior wall ring beam or frame beam, the embedded iron parts and supporting angle steel are welded firmly or anchored with expansion bolts. The thickness of the weld is h1=6, and the four sides are surrounded by welding. The size of the supporting angle steel is determined according to the thickness of the core plate.

8. For local reinforcement of fiberglass panels and steel mesh, add local steel mesh or steel bars. The steel mesh and steel bars are tied to the steel wire mesh frame rock wool board steel wire frame.

9. The recessed depth of the architectural decoration grid joints must not penetrate the underlying rag, and the grid spacing is determined according to the design.

10. When plastering large areas such as gables exceeding 15m2, deformation joints should be set up and filled with elastic sealing paste or filled with foam strips.
