2. The inner diameter of the fiberglass tube is too small (large):

2. The weaving of the blank tube is abnormal;

3. Flat tube;

4. Machine transmission failure.


3. The voltage is not enough (stable):

reason:

1. The paint concentration is too low;

2. Make bubbles;

3. Raw gum quality issues;

4. The blank tube is poorly woven and too sparse and loose;

5. Employees operate incorrectly.


4. Uneven color of fiberglass casing:

reason:

1. The dewaxing temperature setting is inappropriate;

2. The dewaxing temperature is unstable;

3. External cold air enters the dewaxing furnace;

4. The weaving of the blank tube is abnormal.


5. There are particles in the fiberglass tube:

reason:

1. The paint has not been filtered cleanly;

2. The paint bucket has not been cleaned after being used for a long time;

3. The quality of raw glue is abnormal;

4. The guide wheel is not clean, and hard glue is stained on the blank tube.


6. Fiberglass tube stains:

reason:

1. Caused by previous processes;

2. The billet pipe is contaminated with water stains, oil stains, or other pollutants;

3. Cross color;

4. The mopping floor is contaminated with dust or other debris;

5. The paint is not clean, contains debris, or is mixed with other colors.


7. Wall thickness does not meet requirements:

reason:
