FRP Reinforce Material

FRP Reinforce Material

High-performance composite materials, empowering modern engineering

Description

Product Description

FRP reinforced material (Fiber Reinforced Polymer, fiber reinforced composite material) is a new type of engineering material composed of high-strength fibers (such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, basalt fiber, etc.) and high-performance resin matrices (such as epoxy, vinyl, polyester, etc.). Compared with traditional steel, FRP materials have excellent properties such as light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, insulation and non-magnetic, and are widely used in building reinforcement, bridge engineering, marine facilities, power equipment and other fields.

Features and advantages

  • High strength and light weight: The specific strength (strength/density) is 5-10 times that of steel, which greatly reduces the dead weight of the structure and facilitates transportation and construction.

  • Excellent corrosion resistance: resistant to acid, alkali, salt spray, and humid environments, suitable for harsh conditions such as chemical industry and ocean, with a service life of more than 50 years.

  • Fatigue resistance and impact resistance: stable performance under dynamic loads, suitable for high-frequency vibration scenarios such as bridges and wind turbine blades.

  • Insulation and non-magnetic: non-conductive and non-magnetic, suitable for special environments such as power facilities and communication base stations.

  • Convenient construction: can be customized into reinforcement (FRP reinforcement), mesh (FRP mesh cloth), plate, etc., and supports on-site cutting, tying or pasting.

Application field

  • Building structure reinforcement: bending/shear reinforcement of beams, columns, and floor slabs, replacing traditional carbon fiber cloth or steel plates.

  • Bridge and traffic engineering: FRP reinforcement replaces steel bars to solve the problem of concrete corrosion in salt-corroded areas.

  • Power and communication: Insulated FRP brackets and cable trays to avoid electromagnetic interference.

Why choose our FRP reinforcement materials?

Strict quality control: imported fibers and resins are used, in accordance with international standards such as GB/T 26743-2011 and ACI 440.

Customized service: supports customization of different fiber types (glass/carbon/aramid), resin systems and shapes (rein/plate/fabric).

Technical support: Provide full-process technical support from design, construction to acceptance.

Environmentally friendly and sustainable: low energy consumption in production, recyclable, and helps the development of green buildings.
